Best in class customer service
I got a great deal on a Damasko model I've been after for years. More importantly, customer service at LIW is always top notch. I've had two experiences with special shipping requests - first, when I needed something quickly due to upcoming travel; second, when I needed shipping delayed a few days while away from home. Marc and Co. made sure my needs were met both times. I have the utmost confidence dealing with this business.
