The company has great customer service. Always happy to help, responding quickly. They helped me many times with putting extraordinary effort, way beyond what a customer could expect. In one remarkable example, when it turned out that our account number is too long for important Google Banking Account form they have changed our account number to fit the number of allowed digits(!). On another occasion they have added manually our telephone number to Bank Statement to satisfy External verification requirements.
