They sent me a defective product that has issues so you can’t play the game, when contacting their customer service they take forever to respond and aren’t helpful in trying to resolve the issue even after sending pictures and videos showing the defective product. They then just ignore you. I wish I never purchased the product and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
