Extremely disappointed!!!!!
Extremely disappointed with Singer’s repair service and customer support. It took weeks for them to collect the device, and they failed to provide a reference number or receipt despite us requesting one. For over 3 months, we continuously contacted the Peradeniya outlet, head office, and repair center in Pilimathalawe for updates, but all we received were delays, excuses, and no proper communication. The staff member handling the matter, Chaminda from Singer Kandy, kept promising updates without any real progress. We later found out that the repair process had not even started. And after months of waiting, the device was returned to us in the same broken condition with the excuse that it could not be repaired. Very irresponsible service and poor customer handling throughout the entire process. Sad to see such disappointing treatment from a company we trusted for years. Would not recommend anyone to trust Singer with anything again!
