I have had my fair share of ups and downs with the company. What really impressed me today was the fantastic support that their support team provided- I had an issue with the machine and the support team got on a teams call and solved it remotely. They were patient, had good expertise, great communication and closed the call only when I was fully satisfied! The support person, Tejasvi was absolutely fantastic! I'm impressed!
