30-Year Guarantee… 7 Reality
I purchased a Synergy Aluminum pool in 2018 based on the claim of a 30-year guarantee. Unfortunately, by year 7, the base of the pool wall is already rotting. The proposed warranty “coverage” only offers 50% toward a replacement wall, while I’m still responsible for shipping and tariff costs. Very disappointing for a product marketed for long-term durability and backed by a so-called guarantee. To make matters worse, I had to reinforce the base from the inside just to maintain the integrity of the pool. This is not the level of quality or support we expected from a premium product.
