This has been the worst purchase I have ever encountered. I am new to purchasing new wigs and I wanted to try this company out. When I received the wig, it was wrapped wonderfully however, when I opened it up, it had the worst smell that I have ever experienced. I contacted customer service and they told me the smell was due to hair oil and to wash the wig and the smell will go away. I have washed the wig three times and that horrible smell is still there and lingers. I had to just throw the whole unit away. Customer service did refund me $30. However, the rest of my money has gone down the drain will never purchase again.
