I have used them twice in 2 years, but no more! If you are in Northern California area do not use them. Customer service is awful. How? They won’t tell you when bins will be dropped off and won’t tell you when they will be picked up. They do not return calls or messages. Once a date is nailed down, you will not get a time of day for drop off or pick up. We are all busy and that does not work.
