Bad relation with Sunlu.
I has placed an order on januari 6 2026 and pay with my card. The order is confirmed and i get a shipment tracking. After 3 weeks the order múst be deliver, but nothing. The tracker says delivered but there is nothing. Mailed them, 1000x excuses and't`here was a new shipment. Again 3 weeks later, same issue't`racking say deliverd personaly but i get nothing. tot 2 months after order they promised me full refund on my creditcard, but you guess it nothing.. From that moment my mails will be ignored and get no contact. Ordernumber are not valid anymore and my account is also deleted. Now more than 4 months later i give up'a`nd take my lost however i hav saved money for it in several months. A shame for this companie
