Defective Vapes and Poor Product Reliability
We wanted to let you know that we’ve had a serious problem with the vapes from the last order. Out of around 20 units sold so far, 4 have already come with the same issue: the vape stops pulling air properly and basically stops working. Because of this, we had to give 4 replacement vapes to customers for free, which means we’ve already lost money because of these defects. We ordered 100 vapes in total, and the fact that several are already failing this early is very disappointing. We were planning to continue buying from you in the future, but after this experience, we will not place any more orders unless we see a real solution to this problem. This situation has honestly upset us a lot.
