Dean in Customer Service was great
Dean in Customer Service was great! He was extremely nice and courteous. Very knowledgeable about his position. He helped me with a partial refund I requested. And was nice enough to add two additional weeks to my trial program, due to me, missing the first two weeks of the program because my dad passed away. He is awesome and was extremely helpful! I would rate him an A+ and would highly recommend him.
