Shipping timeframes
I have to write this review to highlight my current situation with Supliful. I have dozens of orders which are unprocessed and don't even have a tracking number attached while they were accepted by them as long as 9 business days ago. Yes. 9 business days to not even process an order. I had a call on Monday with my account manager where I was discussing this, along with some other issues. They confirmed they have enough stock and were very forthcoming that all pending orders were to ship that day. They haven't. (that was 3 business days ago) Again on Wednesday (2 business days later), I got a written confirmation all will ship that day. And again, that was just a false promise. It is now Thursday afternoon (3 business days later), I was promised all was to be shipped but I continue to receive empty promises and just be passed around between team members while my account manager is not even responding to my messages. This team is very uncoordinated and all they seem to be doing is pointing the finger at someone else, saying an empty promise, then not responding. Any fulfillment partner I worked with prior (whether be in the US or in China) would get orders out within 48 hours at MOST. Supliful is just ridiculous. ps. A multitude of these reviews seem to be fake or just by users who simply created an account and didn't actually experience what it is like working with them and processing orders through them.
