Ordering with ease and understanding
I was recently tasked with ordering some branded cups for one of our clinics to use as a marketing/thank you gift to hand out to some of our top referring doctors. You would think this was a simple task...but not at my job. There were too many cooks in the kitchen and not all of them had a realistic idea of what was involved in the process. Needless to say, there were lots of changes being made on our end. Request for additional quotes, changes to cup styles, cup sizes, logo sizes, quantities...Thank goodness for Tom Pickworth. His patience and his very quick follow up emails, made my end of things go so much easier. He was able to speak with his higher ups to address an issue with their website. He got us a better deal. He was always very forthcoming, and again patient. He could have just given up on me and stopped replying but he never did. This was not even a huge order but again, he stick with me and all the while he was very friendly and easy to work with. Oh and we really liked our end product. I will be keeping his email on file for future orders.
