My experience was great because Jamie was cheerful and super helpful... this made me relax. Her instructions on the walk through were clear and concise. Being a first timer, I had thought it was going to be a daunting task and I wouldn't understand anything. Alas!! easy and fun. Much gratitude. I will always remember this date with a smile: 5/14/26 Susan Kariuki
