For over two weeks, I have been subjected to a highly misleading delivery process. Every single day, the status was updated to "delivery by the next day," yet the product never arrived. This repetitive rescheduling is unprofessional and demonstrates a complete lack of transparency. Today, 15 May 2026, the situation has worsened. Without any prior notification or explanation, the order is now showing as Cancelled. Is this how you value customers? Not only did you fail to deliver the product after keeping me waiting for 17 days, but you also cancelled the order without any communication. And no updates the status of my refund, and when exactly will the funds be credited back to my account?
