I ordered the Neptune 4, but received the Neptune 3. I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, but haven’t received any updates going on a month now. I can’t speak to the product, because I haven’t used it. However, I can speak with confidence that the customer service has been nonexistent.

I didn’t get the product I ordered. When I contacted customer service, I got a “we’re looking into it” response. Been almost a week and haven’t heard back from anyone. Given that returns must be within 14 days to receive a refund, I figure they are just waiting it out. Oh well, I learned
