Great Program for anyone who needs a Leg up in L&D
I had a very positive experience completing the AIHR L&D Certificate, as the learning journey was highly accessible and well-structured, supported by countless resources and regular learning check-ins. I especially appreciated AIHR’s approach to monitoring progress and gathering feedback on the learning experience at each stage, which kept me engaged and motivated throughout. A standout feature for me was the roleplay simulations, which I found particularly valuable in my role as an L&D Officer because they provided practical, real-world application. As someone who was relatively new to the L&D landscape, this course significantly boosted my confidence and helped me better align my skills, knowledge, and competencies with the expectations of my role, while also offering a clear framework for ongoing professional growth.
