Excellent Customer Service
I submitted a request for a quote and received communication back in less than two hours. Unfortunately the item I had requested was discontinued, but an alternative that wasn't my preference was suggested. I replied to the email with a course correction, and rather than going back and forth with me via email, I received a phone call from Lewis C all the way in the U.K. He asked clarifying questions to figure out what I was looking for and recommended an alternative product quickly that was right on budget. I was able to get the quote and mockup all in the same day, and now we are on to the production stage. I've worked with Everything Branded in the past and had great service then, and it is nice to see that the customer service has remained high, if not even better than before. The products I received in the past were also a hit, and I have the same expectations for this current order. I would recommend.
