We ordered two items. One arrived on schedule and looked great, Where AnyPromo really shined was with the order that had an issue. The color was not as pictured and we needed to replace it. Carlos Alvarado on the Resolutions Team did a superb job suggesting alternatives, taking the initiative to send samples, and making sure the free replacement process was as seamless as possible.
