Stunning experience
I purchased my first Chanel bag from Redeluxe and it was exactly as listed. I had heard that their packaging was very nice and was floored to see how beautifully wrapped everything was. The shipping box was gorgeous; beautiful wrapping paper and ribbon inside, all holding the original box and dustbag. Packaging was top tier--better than anything I've ever received from any luxury house. You could tell it was done with care. Their product selection is always stunning. I will absolutely be looking to them again for my next pre-loved purchase.
