I have ordered a purchase of a gift card, money was already deducted from my bank account, yet the identity verification process is still in procedure. Has almost been past 48 hours (ordered on Friday), yet no response to my email enquiry or my ticket has been received. Told me an agent would contact me soon on Friday but has not received a single update since then. Would like to receive the gift card code ASAP.
