A positive start
Still early days but so far received an efficient and friendly service. Tom Mead always had the time to answer any of the questions I had and offer suggestions. He promptly got in touch with any updates regarding my account. There was an initial security query with some identification details when setting up my account. While this needed a little extra time, it was reassuring to see that the necessary steps were being taken with this sort of situation. Looking forward to this continuing as I continue with my investment.
