DOA Neptune 4 Max
So I received the Neptune 4 Max. Assemble and power on, but power supply has issue and will not power on. I did some trouble shooting and found the psu was tripping the overload circuit on startup. I described the issues as well as the fact that the psu says 400 watts on label, but psu circuit board clearly states 360 watts. Most community help boards say that the factory 400 watt psu is under powered for the large heated bed and causes issues. I relayed all of this info to elegoo. Offered to have them send 450watt psu and I would install at no cost. Now they want me to disassemble and ship back the printer and they will ship a replacement. Costing me a lot of extra time and expenses.
