Supports fraudulent merchants
I paid a premium price for a large plant from the seller "1 florist and gifts," but received a tiny version worth a fraction of the cost. Upon my return request, the seller dishonestly edited their listing description to cover their tracks and dismissively told me "plants will grow."Lazada customer service initially emailed me agreeing the seller must replace it, but their dispute team later reversed this and closed the case in the seller's favor. They completely ignored my screenshots and the seller's clear manipulation. Lazada protects fraudulent merchants over paying customers. Escalating this fraud directly to my bank. Avoid this seller and platform!
