I purchased 2 kinds of products from this company for over 12 months using their subscribe and save: Hip and Joint and Skin and Allergy. Their products weren't bad .. 7 out of 10, but the customer service was horrible! Everything was going smoothly UNTIL I, the consumer, had a problem with billing. I received 5x the amount of product and was quick to contact the company. Was it computer error? Fulfillment error? A weird glitch? They said it was me which I challenged and still do. Nonetheless $215.00 plus was charged and removed from my financial source! There were plenty of "I can understand why you're frustrated; sorry" but no offer to return the product, to clear up an error, or to work with me. This is a young company, owner is one woman. I believe she needs class for customer service skills. They broke my trust as a reliable "customer first" company. That's all. My opinion. I had them delete my account and I am not recommending them at all.
