Self directed
I appreciate the self- directed nature of this program. The way the course content is delivered, the tutor and direct messaging system, and the flexibility are all positives in my experience. However, Module 4 was completely disappointing. I was able to complete the module thanks to Alyssa Nga on Youtube and her step by step videos about using the design software 'SketchUp' for the IDI Module 4. I think it is The Interior Design Institute's responsibility to teach students how to use interior design software as we are paying for an education. I think this is a major gap in the course content.
