I recently traveled on an Indigo flight from Langkawi to Bangalore, and during the journey, my check-in baggage was damaged. When I approached the Indigo support team, although the response was initially a little slow, the entire process was handled professionally and completed smoothly. I truly appreciate the support provided by the Indigo staff. Initially, I was offered an Indigo gift voucher, which I declined. Since the required luggage was not immediately in stock, I requested courier delivery instead, and I’m happy to say the replacement baggage was successfully delivered within five days. Thank you to the entire team for the customer service and assistance throughout the process. I genuinely appreciate the effort taken to resolve the issue satisfactorily, and I would love to travel with Indigo again in the future.
