I had same exact experience Heidi Marcus had. The Customer Service Voicemail is a recording from Columbus Day. When I try to submit Damage Claim errors occur and the form states Order is not recognized. Spent hours and hours but to no avail. Had to file a formal Dispute with Credit Card Company. The canvas arrived late, scratched, indented and entire left leaf is blurry. There is a mark across middle of canvas. Do not order from this company. It’s been a terrible experience.
