Grab in Bangkok is diabolical
I had good experiences in Vietnam and Singapore but Bangkok is totally different. 1. Grab costs more than normal cabs. 2. The shown wait times are very long, typically 9-13 minutes even in central locations. But once you booked, they triple or at least double. When you then obviously cancel Grab tells you if you cancel less you get more drivers. Vicious cycle. Sure way to lose customers.
