Inconsistent Sizing, Poor Quality, and Deceptive Return Practices
Inconsistent Sizing, Poor Quality, and Deceptive Return Practices I strongly advise against purchasing from this company due to major issues with product accuracy and customer service: Sizing & Accuracy: The items received do not match the digital images displayed online. Additionally, the sizing is completely inconsistent and does not reflect standard Western size charts. Quality: The overall workmanship and construction of the products are distinctly sub-par. Return Policy: A standard return is effectively impossible. After initiating a return on a $90 order, I was given two unacceptable options: keep the incorrect items for a measly $14 refund, or pay out-of-pocket for international shipping back to China. Proceed with caution, as you will likely be disappointed.
