I started wearing the helmet in 2022 after my hair was thinning after having COVID. I wore it daily every morning while drinking my coffee. It took many many months after my hair started growing back to see results. After a year or so, i would wear the helmet every other day for maintenance. As of 2026 I am thrilled with the results. It still is a part of my morning routine. My hair has new growth and is super healthy. My hair has grown longer than it has ever been in my life.
