Not informed of stock shortage (Incomplete order)
I paid a total of $8.90 for this order, but I was only refunded the base price of the item, which was $2.82. Were all the delivery charges and additional fees charged only for the back cover that I added just to make the delivery cost worthwhile? I am very disappointed with your service. If the item was not in stock, why was it still shown as available for order? Also, if the items in the order could not be fulfilled completely, you should have contacted me first and asked whether I preferred a full refund or wanted to receive the remaining items. Instead, the decision was made without informing me. I understand that stock issues can happen unexpectedly, but refund-related decisions should be communicated to customers beforehand. From a customer’s perspective, this behavior is very difficult to understand. Additionally, I did not receive any of the emails by the agent about stock shortage. The only two emails I have received so far are: 1. The order confirmation email. 2. The shipment confirmation email for the item I received.
