Five Star Customer Service
This will sound weird...but I'm giving 5 stars even though I returned the device I ordered from Grommet. When I tried contacting the manufacturer directly, I didn't receive a response. After I let the folks at Grommet know what (didn't) happen, they contacted the manufacturer, who in turn got back to me within a few hours. Absolutely stellar customer service on Grommet's part!
