Dreadful experience with damaged goods
I had a dreadful experience with this company. I had bought a number of items from them before which were fine. But recently i bought an electric trim router. It arrived in packaging that was a bit worse for wear and had clearly been opened a number of times before. The item inside showed signs of wear on the base plate and was obviously used. When i tried to test it, it did not work. I explained all this to the company and supplied photos and a video. They offered me $20 and suggested i get it fixed locally. I refused and asked for a refund. They then offered me $40 to get it fixed locally. I explained that it was not possible to get that sort of thing fixed in the uk and certainly not for $40. And anyway i should not have to be repairing a new item. I wanted a refund. They have since only said they have left a message for the supplier but have not responded since. One of the disadvantages of buying something from this company that ships from china is that if it goes wrong you are on your own. They don’t seem to want to replace or refund. So beware. Think before you buy something expensive from them.
