I ordered two of the 250th USA…
I ordered two of the 250th USA anniversary sweatshirts which I thought were made in the USA, but too little too late, were made in China. On their website under the return/refund policy it shows a return address of Sun Prairie WI. Which is not correct. When you contact them, they first want you to take a picture of the two items you ordered, the copy of the tracking number and the SKU numbers and then they first offered a 10% refund and then offered you a $10 refund with a 20% discount coupon and you keep the items. When you decline, they come back with a 20% refund. They will not give you the return address, but tell you that it will cost you $20 to mail the items back if you want a full refund. They then come back with a 30% refund and you still keep the items. And then a maximum 40% refund. They finally give you the address in China if you want the full refund but pay the $20 to mail it back which would take about a month to get your refund. I told them I would accept a 50% refund and they agreed on the 50% refund and I will donate the items. My refund was credited to my credit card within 4 days.
