A gem fell out of my partners ring…
A gem fell out of my partners ring after 7 months and I was refused a return or replacement as apparently it's not covered under their warranty. So there poor quality of workmanship isn't covered even though the gem fell out on its own. She takes it off for work and to shower. Won't be buying from them again
