Kudos to customer service team and love the quality of the bag!
Customer service team responded promptly and efficiently to address my issue of a lost lock to my Luna bag. I appreciate their friendly and helpful responses which turned my own disappointment and sense of loss into a positive experience. Received my lock within 2 weeks (that too because my replies to them took days) and happy to be able to use my favourite Luna bag again!
