Misleading product description and poor customer support - Avoid!
I recently purchased a gaming chair from Banggood for €85 (Order #116532159). Upon assembly, I discovered that the height specifications listed on their website were completely inaccurate. I provided them with video evidence, and they admitted via email that the dimensions provided on their site were indeed incorrect. Despite admitting their fault, their support team has been dismissive and manipulative. They initially offered a ridiculous €10 compensation for an unusable product. After dozens of emails and a frustrating back-and-forth, they have only 'upgraded' their offer to a 50% refund. They claim that 'misleading specifications' are a 'normal situation' and are pressuring me to keep a faulty, unusable product while refusing to cover the costs of a return for a chair that is technically impossible to disassemble without causing damage. It is unacceptable that as a customer, I am expected to pay €43 for Banggood's inaccurate product information. They clearly prioritize their profits over honest business practices. Do not trust their product descriptions. If you run into an issue, be prepared for a long and frustrating battle with their support team. I am now forced to involve my payment provider (PayPal) to resolve this."
