I regret ordering from this company. After waiting for my package, I was repeatedly passed between support agents who seemed unaware of previous conversations. I was told several conflicting things regarding my order and refund status, making the entire process frustrating and stressful. Instead of taking responsibility and providing a clear solution, they left me doing all the follow-up work.
