There was not much communication after the order was confirmed. Did not receive any notification on when the order shipped, and the package arrived torn and slightly open. Even worse is the product itself sid not look like what was advertised. The cardigan is supposed to be an off white or beige color and what came was a pink/peach color and the quality of material/design print was not as advertised. I was disappointed with my order and will not be ordering from here again.
