Total disappointment-Avoid ordering here
I ordered a custom cake from Just Bake (A.S. Rao Nagar, Secunderabad) on 21 May 2026, and provided a specific design. What they delivered was an absolute joke—a cheap-looking, basic imitation that looked nothing like the reference photo. When I complained, the manager on duty refused to take any responsibility. He lazily passed the buck, claiming his brother had taken the order and since the brother wasn't there, it "wasn't his fault." Despite failing miserably on the design, they still forced me to pay the full amount. Zero accountability, terrible customer service, and zero artistic skill. Buyer Beware: If you want a specific design for a special occasion, do not trust this place. They will ruin your vision, overcharge you, and then make excuses. (See the attached photos what I ordered vs. what I actually got).
