I tried their Believe card.
I tried their Believe card, a prepaid credit card designed to build credit. After depositing and spending my own money, I received "reminder" messages to pay $1588 to my Believe account since it was now "owed." I tried to close that card; they initially refused because I "owed" it money. I did not. After I did close it, they reduced my available advance by more than half, a purely punitive action. Thank you Varo, here's three stars. It's two stars more than I owe you. You do not own my money.
