Pete is a miracle worker
Let me make things simple for you: just hire Pete. I can truly say that he is one of the most professional individuals I have encountered, not just in service industries but in any arena. I am an American citizen applying for dual citizenship with Germany, and as part of my application, I need to include my China Police Certificate for the years I lived in China. From my very first inquiry to his website, Pete's replies and updates on my case were comprehensive, frank, and exceedingly prompt; my confidence and trust in Pete never wavered. His company is a well-oiled machine and alleviated the stress I was feeling about an opaque process that seems impossible to handle remotely. Pete delivered exactly what he promised, when he promised, and never over-promised. I didn't expect to emerge from this Kafka-esque headache with such fondness and peace. If I could hire Pete to resolve every problem in my life, I would.
