No delivery after 2+ months, zero customer support response
I placed my order (#81807) on March 15, 2025 and have still not received my Rotimatic. It has been over 2 months with no delivery and absolutely no communication from the company. I have tried reaching Rotimatic support multiple times through phone, live chat, and email — no one picks up the phone, no one responds to chat, and emails go unanswered. To make matters worse, I am moving from my current address in 10 days. If this order is not delivered to my registered address within that time, I will not be able to receive it at all. This delay is causing real, serious impact. I am now formally demanding either immediate delivery with a tracking number, or a full refund. If not resolved urgently, I will be filing a complaint with the FTC, my state's Attorney General, and initiating a chargeback with my bank. I strongly caution anyone considering buying from Rotimatic — the lack of support after taking your money is shocking.
