Waste of money
One of the worst companies I’ve ever encountered. I started a free membership with them, paying four $39 fees. When I reached out to my doctor, I never received a response. I assumed it was resolved and canceled my membership. However, for some reason, I was still charged a monthly basic fee. When I contacted them, they deleted my account because I had reached out and requested a full refund for each month. Despite this, they continued to charge me for the monthly basic even after deleting my account. They blocked me completely and still attempted to charge me for the monthly basic even after I had deleted my credit card from them. They never provided me with any medication. This is a scam. This company is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
