DO NOT BUY any product from this company one of the worst!!!! I placed an order for a Back Paddles Kit and initially reached out for assistance because the paddles were not functioning properly. Someone from your team did respond and attempted to help, but after that, the LEDs began blinking red and communication completely stopped. I waited weeks for a follow-up response and ultimately had to troubleshoot and fix the issue on my own. It is very disappointing when a company stops responding to customers who are actively seeking help with a product they purchased. Customer support is a major factor when choosing where to spend money, and unfortunately this experience did not meet expectations. Companies should continue assisting their customers regardless of the problems encountered with their products. Compared to companies like PlayStation, who consistently support their customers, this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Because of this experience, this will likely be my last purchase from your company. I would rather invest in a more expensive custom controller from a company that values customer service and stands behind its products.
