Very supportive team and high-quality packaging experience
We worked with Refine Packaging for the development and production of custom packaging for our product launch, and overall the experience was very positive. Zack was consistently responsive throughout the process and was willing to work through multiple revisions, adjustments, and questions as we refined the final packaging details. The team showed patience and flexibility during the development process, especially while reviewing design alignment, insert specifications, finishes, and production samples. The final packaging quality turned out very well and matched the premium presentation we were aiming for. Like many custom packaging projects, the process required detailed communication and careful review of samples before final approval, but Refine Packaging was willing to continue working with us until everything was finalized correctly. Overall, we appreciate the support, communication, and effort provided throughout the project and would consider working with them again for future packaging needs.
