Twice burned on warranty
Have had two or three phones. Jerk you around on warranty even if you buy direct. Newest phone PA19 overheating issue. Ipv4 case started hanging off phone. No longer sealed and protected from elements. CS is moving in circles with no resolution in sight. One store - many storefronts - each supposedly responsible for their product not manufacturer.
