I made a transaction of €300 to India through Panda Money. The amount was deducted from my account, but the recipient never received the money. It has now been 10 days, and I still haven’t received any refund. Customer support replies very late, and now they have completely stopped responding. They only said the transaction failed, but there has been no proper update or resolution since then. Very disappointing service and poor customer support. I would not recommend Panda Money based on my experience.
