Disorganised
When I Got to the meeting point they couldn’t find my booking. Had to wait 15 minutes for a car. Then I was sent to level 4, no assistance was given I had a walking stick and all my lauggage. When up stairs couldn’t find driver and car was not premium. Driver was very nice though.
